Self-help during the corona-pandemy
Any help that you receive from us should help you to help yourself. Especially people with addictive disorders or their relatives do not need help that leads to a new dependency. Rather, they need experience of efficacy and the ability to rake responsibility for their actions and find a suitable way out of addiction as experts in their own matters.
In order to further develop and consolidate this help for self-help in a community, we recommend that our clients participate in self-help groups.
Schwindelfrei
Schwindelfrei (meaning "free from giddiness") is a free self-help group founded by young adults that is also open to new members and meets during the corona-pandemy every Friday at 7 p.m. at the Boje.
Die Glücksritter
(meaning "the knights of fortune") are a free self-help group by and for people with pathological gambling who want to live without gambling in the long-term. The group is open to new members and meets during Corona every Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. at the Boje.
Since only 6 people can participate due to the risk of infection, advance registration with the group leaders by e-mail to diegluecksritter ( at ) dieboje.de is necessary.
