You can reach us by phone during the opening hours Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm. If the answering machine is on or the call is not answered, we are currently on another line. If you leave us a message, we will gladly call back.

If you contact us, we will offer you an appointment for a detailed telephone counselling within one or at the latest two weeks. Here we take time for you in a confidential conversation and, together with you, get an overview of what it is about, what current situation you are in and what makes sense as a next step. In many cases ist is beneficial to have follow-up counselling.

If you would like to take advantage of follow-up counselling, we will agree with you on how this can be done.
