Self-help

any help that you receive from us should help you to help yourself. Espacially people with addictive disorders or their relatives do not need help that leads to a new dependency. Rather, they need experience of efficacy and the ability to rake responsibility for their actions and find suitable way out of addiction as experts in their own matters.

In order to further and consolidate this help for self help in a community, we recommend that our clients participate self-help groups.
