Open consultation in the Boje (buoy) in Wandsbek

Without prior registration you can come every Wednesday from 2.p.m. to 6 p.m. to the open consultation hours and have an individual, family or couple conversation with one of our employees.

So that there is still enough time for a conversation, we ask you to be there by 5.30 p.m. at the latest.

Open consultation in Mümmelmannsberg

Every Thursday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. without prior registration you can also take advantage of our open consultation hours in the Mümmelmannsberg Protestant community centre. Here, too, you can have an individual, family or couple conversation with one of our employees. Further details can be found here.

We make every effort to be available by telephone during opening hours. Please understand that, nevertheless, during this time we have frequently switched on the mailbox, as the telephone hours are provided at the expense of our appointments.

In order to give you an orientation when you can expect to be able to talk to someone on the phone, we have telephone hours available. These are

Monday: 10 to 11 a.m. and 4 to 5 p.m.

Tuesday: 4 to 5 p.m.

Wednesday: 10 to 11 a.m. and 2 to 5 p.m.

Thursday:  10 to 11 a.m. and 4 to 5 p.m.

Friday:  10 to 11 a.m. and 2 to 3 p.m.

In addition, if we cannot answer your call directly, we offer you the option of leaving your telephone number on the mailbox. Then we will call you back as soon as possible.
